Can I have a few minutes of your day right now to be totally honest with you?

YOU are INCREDIBLE. Do you realize that there is only ONE of  Y O U  and there will only ever be one of you in this entire world? knit together in your mothers womb with individuality. I really just want this to be for whoever needs it today, or remember it and come back to this place. I need you to know today that YOU are WORTHY. You are capable and so intelligent. You have everything you need within yourself today, what you do with it is what matters.

You are SO worth self love, you are SO worthy of good and life giving things. You are SO worth pursuing healthy things, a healthy body, a whole lifestyle. YOU CAN HAVE IT. and you are WORTH IT! You have one body to nurture in your life, so why wouldn't you want to treat it the best you can?

If there's a job you want, you know you are capable to have it? you are capable of putting your dreams into action and getting where you want to be. You have those dreams for a reason, and if you can use your passion and faith to move forward, you can get where there.

You know that whether you want to be married or single for the rest of your life, that will happen? You know that you will be taken care of? No matter how hard it gets, you can always move forward. Because you are strong, you emanate willpower and awareness that can lead you to healing (spiritual, mental, or physical).

YOU ARE AMAZING today. And everyday. You can inspire yourself, you are in charge of your life. You can make it what you ultimately dream of, you just have to PURSUE IT and pursue yourself too!

I challenge you today to show yourself some genuine love. To acknowledge your strengths and find the gold in your weaknesses. To know what you need to change to be who you want, and to let go of the rest. Pursue YOU, pursue this life that you've been blessed with and don't be afraid of not doing it right. You are a person, you are a soul and a heart and you know yourself. And if you don't, GET to know yourself! Learn the things you do and you don't like and be confident in that! Spend quiet time with YOU and do things alone because YOU ENJOY YOUR OWN COMPANY.

I read this quote on tumblr a few weeks ago, it said "I complete me". And aside from my faith in Jesus, I firmly believe in that statement. You are you, and you can thrive just like that. You just have to want it.
