I’m Liv

This place was created in 2016 when my heart ached to create something that could serve as an access point to myself. A place that could be a holder of all the ways that I created and expressed myself freely in life. As I was searching for purpose in my young adult years, I noticed that creating a connective experience in all things was my mission. If I didn’t feel connected in an authentic way to what was in front of me, I couldn’t engage. I didn’t want to.

A little bit about myself:

My name is Olivia Stryker-Monte, I go by Liv Monte in my community. I have been an artist for over 15 years (likely my whole life lol this is just when I started painting on purpose). I teach movement, manage a Yoga + Wellness Studio, manage social media for small business, Enneagram Consulting, and my most honorable line of work — a Mama. I love variety (incase you didn’t notice!). I am a homebody, I love to make things beautiful, online shop, and a good cocktail. I love creating because I am sensitive to my surroundings and experiences— what something feels like, how I remember it, etc. Nostalgia runs deep in my bones.

How something makes you feel is important— so I create. I call it lifestyle, because it’s mine.
